Hello to all of you - We are working to finalize the agenda for next year’s reunion in Berlin, and we need to get your feedback on what we are planning to do. More details to follow, but below is our tentative agenda. Check the attachment to this email for current roster of those that have planned to attend and confirm you are still all-in. As well, holler back ASAP if you desire to be added to the roster still. Let me know as well if the roster needs corrections.
Monday, 29 Sept 2025: Arrive in Berlin - we slipped the dates because of a city-wide marathon that impacted hotel availability and costs.
2:00PM till 6:00 - Sign in / registration 7:00PM till 10:00 – Welcome dinner at the hotel.
Tuesday, 30 Sept
9:30AM till 1:45PM - Depart for tour and lunch at Gatow 3:00PM till 9:00 - Hospitality suite open (BYOD/adult beverage)
Wednesday, 1 Oct
9:45AM - 1:45PM - Tempelhof tour 3:00PM till 9:00 - Hospitality suite open (BYOD/adult beverage)
Thursday, 2 Oct
Free day 3:00PM till 5:00 - Hospitality suite open (BYOD/adult beverage) 5:30PM till 10:00 - Depart for river Spree cruise and farewell dinner

Notes:
1. Estimated costs (which will change based Euro exchange rate) include 4 nights, welcome dinner, tours, dinner cruise, bus transportation, hospitality suite. You can expect we will need deposits for the activities in the near future which will be addressed soon in subsequent emails.
- Per person, single room occupancy: $1,168.00
- Per couple (double room occupancy: $1,765.00
2. You will have to make your room reservation directly with the hotel. We are working to block a number of rooms from Monday through Friday morning. You can extend your stay, but rooms may cost more on the weekends. Again, you will work directly with the hotel on that.
3. We need to get a good estimate of who will be attending so we can finalize and sign the contract with the hotel, so please try and respond NLT Tuesday, July 30 2024 if you still plan to attend.
